Senior management knowledge and expertise is a valuable asset that can help contribute to an organisation’s growth and development strategy. QLC offer a service whereby a member of our team can play a Non-Executive role on an interim to long term basis contributing, advising and guiding an organisation’s specific or general growth development strategy and / or day to day management.
Our Non Executive Interim Support service is a direct extension of our consultancy service specific to, and focused on, the company concerned adopting a non-bias and complimentary management resource supporting the executives of the organisation involved. Naturally there is a cost involved but this would be at a level providing a saving on an equivalent permanent full time hire at such a senior level.
QLC’s extensive network of experienced logistics professionals allows us to tailor the individual to the needs of the client. The term of engagement of the Non Executive Interim Support is variable to the requirements of our client. However, QLC would expect such placements to normally be on a minimum contract basis of three to six months or longer.
The Non Executive Interim Support service can also look to provide a short notice placement to cover the sometimes unexpected departure of key senior personnel and allows for the continuity of business whilst a suitable replacement is found. The placement also allows for the opportunity of a ‘business health check’ whilst in position which can assist with the future direction of the role being covered.
Naturally any engagement with our clients in providing this Non Executive Interim Support role will be subject to strict confidentiality and non disclosure criteria.
